PRESIDENT, EVOLUTION MARKETING, LLC

2007 - PRESENT

Lisa founded Wisconsin’s first triple bottom line managed advertising/communications firm that offers environmental marketing, communication, creative design and sustainability consulting services. She is responsible for overall management of day-to-day operations, client projects (for over 35 + different clients within the sustainability sector), subcontractors, and supply chain vendors. Other responsibilities include; brand management, serving as the organization's public information officer and “in-house” sustainability/CSR expert. 

CHIEF COMMUNICATIONS AND SUSTAINABILITY OFFICER, BOX LATCH PRODUCTS

In the role of Chief Communications and Sustainability Officer (CCSO) Lisa is responsible for managing Box Latch™ Products communications with stakeholders, media and the public. She is the corporate officer primarily responsible for the management and coordination of Eco-Latch Systems, llc’s socially inclusive sustainable business initiatives and adoption of low-carbon business practices. The CCSO is Box Latch™ Products in-house environmental and corporate social responsibility storyteller: tasked with sharing the Box Latch™ Products “power of re-use” story with the world. As such the CCSO is also responsible for global marketing and messaging tied to growing the Box Latch™ Product brand in the international marketplace, with special emphasis on the European Union. 

FOUNDER & DIRECTOR OF THE OCONOMOWOC WINTER FARMERS' MARKET 

FEBRUARY 2010 - JANUARY 2017

While serving in the volunteer capacity of Greener Oconomowoc President, Ms. Geason-Bauer worked with the Oconomowoc Area Chamber of Commerce Executive Director to start the Oconomowoc Winter Farmers Market as a joint partnership between the two organizations. The Oconomowoc Winter Farmers Market began in Nov. of 2010 as a pilot, running once a month from November 2010 to April 2011. In Sept. of 2011, Greener Oconomowoc, Inc. created the volunteer position - Oconomowoc Winter Farmers' Market Director which Lisa was elected to by the Greener Oconomowoc membership. In 2014 the Oconomowoc Winter Farmers' Market became a weekly winter market severing the greater Lake Country Area. 

PRESIDENT, GREENER OCONOMOWOC 

JUNE 2009 - OCTOBER 2011

Lisa served in the volunteer capacity as Greener Oconomowoc's first President-elect (2008 - 2009) as well as the first member-elected organizational President (2009 - 2011). When Greener Oconomowoc (GO) was forming, Lisa worked with local community members, City staff, officials and environmental advocates to help the steering team flush out expectation and goals for the proposed organization. As the President-elect, Lisa was responsible for steering, coordinating and advising the group of volunteers (i.e the steering team (2008 -2009) and then board (2009) in order to establish the GO bylaws, organizational structure, mission, membership levels, action project committee's as well as submitting the appropriate paperwork to become a 501c3 not-for-profit entity). Greener Oconomowoc's mission is to provide the Oconomowoc Area with a healthy community, a healthy economy and a healthy environment through the understandings and implementation of the natural step principles. GO is a grass-roots, hands-on, volunteer run non-profit community action group. In 2011 Greener Oconomowoc was recognized as the not-for-profit organization of the year by the Oconomowoc Area Chamber of Commerce, due to the large number of community projects we had championed (including; Oconomowoc community gardens, Oconomowoc Winter Farmers' Market, 5 years worth of community Earth Day Resource Fairs and graduating over 100 people from the Natural Step training program.)

ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER, WISCONSIN SUSTAINABLE BUSINESS COUNCIL 

JANUARY 2011 - DECEMBER 2016, JANUARY 2018 - PRESENT 

Since 2009, Lisa and members of the Evolution Marketing creative team have donated marketing, brand management, creative design and public relations services and council to the WI Sustainable Business Council (WSBC). Samples of various projects are below. In 2011 - Lisa was appointed to the WSBC board of advisors. The WSBC is a network of Wisconsin businesses and organizations that are interested in, or actively responding to, the challenge of sustainability. Many businesses find themselves challenged by stakeholders to describe what they are doing in this field. The council is designed to bring businesses together and provide resources to help businesses on their path toward being more sustainable. 

DIRECTOR OF MARKETING, WEISSGERBER RESTAURANT GROUP

2004 - 2007

Lisa defined strategy for, developed, executed and managed comprehensive marketing plans for the corporate brand, and five individual restaurant locations brand identities. She communicated with customers, owners, management, internal departments, and vendors to coordinate overall marketing effort in accordance with corporate goals. Planned and carried out regional market research and analyses. Lead and directed forward thinking marketing team and coordinated production of promotional materials, bought media and created electronic newsletters. Managed internal and external communications strategies, coordinated public relations and earned media feature stories. 

Public Relations Committee Chair, Oconomowoc Community Built Playground - Imagination Station

February 2008 – August 2009

Served in the volunteer capacity of Public Relations committee chair and steering team member for Waukesha County’s first universally accessible $425K + environmentally responsible community built playground, Imagination Station. As the volunteer PR chair, I coordinated, managed a team of 25+ creative professionals who donated their time and talents to market, promote and advertise all items needed for the build (i.e. tools, food, 2500 + volunteers, in-kind & financial donations, etc…) as well as served as spokesperson for the build throughout the week long building process.

Town and Country Resource Conservation and Development, Inc. exists to enhance
and improve the quality of life in Columbia, Dane, Dodge, Green Lake, Jefferson,
Kenosha, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Rock, Walworth, Washington and Waukesha
counties. Town and Countryʼs mission is to promote healthy communities, a healthy
environment and sustainable economic growth. The Town and Country Resource
Conservation and Development Council provides an area-wide structure for locally led
action and cooperation.
